Challenge #1 - In the pot swirl

Great Cakes Soapworks in hosting a challenge where she is pushing our soaping limits with new techniques. And since we don't need much pushing to do soap, we're having the times of our lives. For week 1 challenge we were supposed to do a in the pot swirl. I haven't really been successful with the technique but went ahead anyways. Here's how it went:

I love the look of CPOP soap! So beautifully gelled. I hope you are happy with your soap, because I think it turned out fabulous! Are you ready for the next one??

Very beautiful soap, I've never done CPOP. Your challenge was a success. I love your soap mold that is a cutter too! Could I ask where you purchased it, or did you make it yourself?

Thank you!! I am ready for the next one...I bought 2 liters of goat's milk...I absolutely hate the stuff but it wouldn't be challenge otherwise :-)

Thank you...I was hard pressed for vainilla soap so I had to cut down on curing time. It's fun to CPOP...the benefits of HP with the artistry of CP :-) As for the mould, my dear hubby made it for me...he's really handy with wood :-)

Wow! That is a beautiful soap, I really loved the way that two colours can look so different at the edges where they blend, lovely. I also love your mold/cutter very clever!!
