Wow...it's been almost a year since I've written here :O I've never been good at keeping a diary jeje

Wondering why there's a running shoe at the right? Weeeelllll....I'm in love with that shoe. it's a beautiful Saucony running shoe and I want it, I want it so bad that I have developed a new obsession (like I needed another one). My new short term goal is: Run for 15 minutes straight within six weeks. Why am I doing this? Well, if I'm going to buy an expensive running shoe and not run, there's no sense in buying it right? So, if I achieve my goal, my reward will be a brand new pair of Saucony's :) and of course, i will also have a very happy heart, since I wasn't doing any type of excercise other than typing and chewing jajajaja.

So yes, I'm getting started on my new obsession. So far, I've walked briskly for two days, 15 minutes each day, doing an average of 3.75 kilometers each time. My plan is to walk briskly for 15 minutes the first week; walk 5 minutes and run 1 the second week; walk 5 minutes +2 running the third week; walk 3 minutes + 4 running the fourth week; walk 1 minute and run 5 minutes the fifth week; and finally by the sixth week run straight for 15 minutes.

Wish me luck!! So far, I'm happy to be able to walk at a decent pace for 15 minutes, I end up with a total lack of air, but I have to start somewhere right?
